Returns & Exchanges

This policy follows the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its implementing regulations.

Withdrawal period

You may cancel the contract and return a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and with its outer packaging unopened.

What cannot be returned

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept a return or exchange of:

• A pouch whose outer packaging has been opened, or that has been used in full or in part.
• Any product that has been exposed to water or moisture.
• A product made to your specific request.

These exclusions are stated here before purchase, as the law requires.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect

This is not a withdrawal, and your rights here are complete.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by WhatsApp or email, with a photo of the product and of the parcel as it reached you. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the shipping either way.

Return shipping cost

• Change of mind: paid by the customer.
• Damaged, incorrect, or not as described: paid by Glitt.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 days at most of our receiving the returned product and verifying its condition. How quickly the amount appears in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling before dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it is handed to the courier, for a full refund.

Include your order number and the reason. We reply within one business day.
