We currently ship within Saudi Arabia only.

Preparation time

Your order is prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Every pouch is filled and wrapped by hand in Riyadh, so we would rather take our time than rush it.

Shipping options

• Aramex — all cities in Saudi Arabia — 2 to 7 business days — 24 SAR
• Mrsool — within Riyadh — 1 to 2 hours — 25 SAR

Business days exclude Friday, Saturday and public holidays.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to you by SMS and email as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier. Track it directly on the courier's site.

Address accuracy

Please check your address and mobile number before confirming your order. Parcels returned because of an incorrect address or an unreachable recipient are re-shipped at the customer's cost.

Delivery attempts

The courier makes delivery attempts according to its own policy. If delivery fails, contact us and we will follow up with them.

Delays outside our control

Shipments can be delayed during peak seasons or by operational issues at the courier. We will tell you as soon as we know.

Cash on delivery

Not available. Payment is made online when the order is placed.
